Plug and Play Human Resources is in need of a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to help expand our team across the globe. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career and HR knowledge.

Under the general supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will assist the HR daily operations and processes; administer projects and maintain sensitive records and data.




Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle all day to day employee inquiries
  • Enter new hire data in HRIS
  • Conducts audits of benefits or other HR programs
  • Assist with recruiting and interview processes
  • Manage the administration of health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Manage contingent employee tracking system and reporting data (hires, terminations, enrollments, etc)
  • Process and track job requisitions
  • Maintains EEO logs and facilitates timely processing of related reports
  • Conducts employee surveys as assigned
  • Responds to phone inquiries, emails, and correspondence


    Qualifications

    Requirements
  • 1-3 year's experience in Human Resources
  • Proven track record of superior interpersonal skills
  • Extremely high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop alternative solutions
  • Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements - Startup experience a plus
