Duties and Responsibilities

Front Desk Coordination
  • Manage the company’s lobby area. Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, and customers
  • Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed a professionalism
  • Places, receives and routes a high volume of calls through an electric switchboard. Supplies information to callers, relays messages and announces visitors, ensuring sign-in and security procedures

  • Operations Coordination
  • Creates and maintains work orders for the maintenance of the building, and ensures the work order execution
  • Handles specific relationships with vendors, places purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of good ordered
  • Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from several departments as requested by management
  • Assist in the organization of company events



  • Qualifications

    Requirements
  • 1-3 years experience as a front desk coordinator or office admin in a highly professional environment
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Communicate professionally in a clear and concise manner
  • Innate problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Positive and high energy personality
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Google Docs
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and change courses quickly
  • Extraordinary time management skills and attention to detail
