GOAL Accelerator Program:
Plug and Play’s International Accelerator Program bridges the gap between countries around the world and the most important world markets. We work with international government agencies, technology incubators, and universities, to source, identify, and accelerate the most promising startups from various global ecosystems.

Business Development
Startups will be able to engage with potential customers and partners through our vast corporate and investor network.
KPI's and metrics of success will be set between the partner, the startup, and Plug and Play prior to the program.
Fundraising
Startups in the GOAL program will be screened by our Ventures team to determine if there could be a fit with our investment portfolio.
In addition, startups may also be exposed to and find funding from external VC and angel investors during their time here.
Expansion
The GOAL program provides a soft landing into Silicon Valley and a springboard into global markets.
Startups will be able to gain traction in the U.S. market and may further their international expansion in other geographies through our International Passport program.
Workshops
We provide world-class startup education, designed to introduce entrepreneurs to the Silicon Valley (or Asian market) ecosystem and business environment.
Topics include: funding process, pitching workshops, go-to-market strategies, startup case studies, information on legal, tax, and accounting, design-thinking and customer discovery, sales and business development, and more!

Jupe Tan

<p>Jupe is overall responsible for Plug and Play’s Asia Pacific operations with a focus on Southeast Asia. He joined Plug and Play in 2008 and was responsible for starting its first international accelerator program in Silicon Valley and also led its early expansion into Europe, Latin America and Asia.</p><p>Plug and Play APAC works with multinational corporations, conglomerates and government agencies in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. Prior to Plug and Play, Jupe worked for National University of Singapore (NUS) as Program Director of NUS College in Silicon Valley, where he was responsible for managing the Silicon Valley operations for NUS. </p><p>Jupe holds a BA in Economics from National University of Singapore.</p>

Together with Plug and Play government's team, Alfredo supports and empowers international organizations, ministries, institutions, and governments to promote FDI and economic development through innovation, internationalization, and entrepreneurship support.</p>
